To many, Punta Dominical and the surrounding landscape areas have one of
the best beaches and ocean view real estate of Costa Rica, not to
mention the best Pacific Coastal Highway of the country that will
take you south to the Osa peninsula the most diverse in animal and
plant species in Costa Rica.
Dominical is in the southern Pacific zone of Costa Rica. Dominical is
located 28 miles south of Quepos and the beautiful Manuel Antonio
National Park in Puntarenas province.
Dominical Costa Rica use to be an small fishing village. Today,
Dominical is offering to the public one of the best places in Costa
Rica to practice surfing due to the magnificent Pacific ocean waves
in this area. Diving, snorkeling, kayaking, horse back riding, bird
watching, sport fishing are among many of the outdoor activities the
area has to offer.
You can also visit the nearby Nauyaca Waterfalls, or take a trip to
Marino Ballena National Park home of a number of marine species.
Due to the geographical location of Punta Dominical you will
experience perfect tropical weather all year long; Dominical has warm
temperatures during the day and a cool ocean breeze by night (75 to
85 degrees Fahrenheit year round).
Once the Pacific Coast Highway (costanera) is completed between
Quepo’s and Dominical, it will take less than an hour to travel from
San Jose. Only a 30 minutes driving time between Manuel Antonio
National Park to Dominical.
As you can imagine, Dominical real estate prices
and surrounding areas will increase
substantially, making it today a great investment opportunity.
I like to share with you some Dominical and surrounding area photos,
Development, Beach Property, South Pacific Coast Highway,
and my resent fishing experience.
