Just south of Dominical, Ocean View Estate is found along the
Southern Pacific Coast of Costa Rica with breathtaking mountain,
valley, and ocean views. The beauty of this area in Costa Rica is
basically undiscovered and a recently completed road project from
Dominical to Palmar Sur now makes these properties very desirable.
You will be part of a diverse multi national community that is
quickly growing. The area is accessible by driving south from San
Jose via San Isidro to Dominical where you will find our beach office
along the main road.
If you continue driving south along the beautiful Pacific coast
you will reach our office in Ojochal. Alternatively you can reach us
via Jaco and Quepos to Dominical. There is also a small aircraft
airport nearby in Palmar Sur allowing you to fly commercially from
San Jose and have only a 20-minute drive to your home.
