Our land for sale is fully serviced
with electricity, public water and roads. The parcels of land have the house plantel
(building site) already cut out. The roads that lead to our developments are maintained
regularly by our road maintenance department.
The location of our developments
In Dominical, Ojochal, and the Osa Peninsula are Tres Rios, San
Buenaventura and Rancho Costa Verde estates, nestled in beautiful hills over looking
the ocean and the forest. Spectacular mountain and ocean
views from all of our properties will make you feel that you are one with
nature.
At the present time we are in phase two and three of our
development project in
San Buenaventura and
Tres Rios. We also have started
selling lots in our Rancho Costa Verde Estates development project ten minutes
south of Dominical.
